Getting in touch
Contact
Somebody picks up between 07:00 and 22:00, weekends included. Outside that, nobody does. Leave a message and yours is the first call made when the next day starts. English works on the phone and in writing.
Phone answered
07:00 to 22:00, every day

usually 40 to 80 minutes
Call-out charge (voorrijkosten)

Where we drive out to
Zeist, Den Dolder, Austerlitz, Bosch en Duin. An address a fraction outside that list is still worth a phone call; you find out on the spot whether it can be done.

Den Dolder 35 to 70 minutes
Austerlitz 40 to 80 minutes
Bosch en Duin 35 to 70 minutes
Calling
Quickest route there is. In one conversation you learn when somebody can be with you and what it is going to cost.
Worth it for a leak. One photograph of the meter cupboard (meterkast) or the fitting usually decides which tools travel, and that decision is what prevents a second journey.
For whatever can keep, an invoice query being the usual one.
Not urgent
Leave us your number
This is for anything that can keep until tomorrow. Standing water, or nothing working at all, belongs on the phone instead: nobody watches this form all evening. English is fine.
