Who processes your details
Zeist Loodgieter, reachable on 06 40062896 and at info@zeist-loodgieter.nl, is your point of contact for anything that arrives through this site. Questions about this statement can go to that address.
Zeist Loodgieter is a trading name of Jongma Development, registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce (Kamer van Koophandel) under number 91401216 and established in Hoofddorp. What the form collects
Your name and phone number, and if you fill them in, your postcode, email address and description of the problem. We also record which page you filled the form in on, how urgent you called it, and where you came from if your browser passes that along.
Those details are used only to contact you about your request and to carry out the work. They are not sold and not used for advertising.
Calling and WhatsApp
If you tap the call button or the WhatsApp link, we count that a click happened and on which page. No phone number and no name travels with that count: the conversation itself, and the contents of your WhatsApp message, do not appear in it. The figure is used to see which pages actually lead people to call.
If you then have a conversation or send a message through WhatsApp, WhatsApp's own terms apply to that message as well as ours.
How long details are kept
Requests that do not lead to a job are deleted after twelve months. Details belonging to a job that was carried out are kept for seven years, because Dutch tax law requires that for invoices.
Who else sees them
The party that technically runs this site and handles the requests, and the tradesperson who fixes your problem. Beyond that, nobody, unless the law obliges us.
Cookies and measurement
This site sets no cookies of its own to follow you. There is no advertising pixel on it and no profile is built about you. Where visitor statistics are measured, that happens in aggregate and not in order to recognise you personally.
Your rights
You may ask what details we hold about you, have them corrected or deleted, and object to their use. A request is dealt with within four weeks. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

This is for anything that can keep until tomorrow. Standing water, or nothing working at all, belongs on the phone instead: nobody watches this form all evening. English is fine.
